I get Happy Secretaries Day cards from the students every year. They give me such warm fuzzy feelings especially when made by students who are in the intensive English (SPP) programme since they came in with little or no English. Some of them can be so funny and/or endearing. Check out the few that I've saved. Funnily enough, they are all from third graders - 8-year-olds. It's amazing how innocent their minds can be. :D
This one almost brought tears to my eyes - ok so I'm a sap. Obviously the teacher helped with the writing but how awesome is it that she managed to write so beautifully when she came in with almost no English at the start of the year. This is from the beginner SPP grade 3 class and if memory serves, she's from Korea. :)
Now I know I'm Jane of all trades (though mistress of none), but I don't quite remember washing windows! :D And hey, how interesting that he thinks we have a poetry section in the office, LOL.
I never knew that I can restore hearts! Maybe I'm actually a heart surgeon but didni't realise it! This had me laughing for a while. :D
